Students at White Gum Valley Primary School enjoy an engaging music program where they learn to sing and play instruments well, have a solid understanding of music concepts and to read and write music notation. Our program is taught in the manner of the internationally renowned Kodaly method, providing the students with a great foundation if they wish to continue music in high school. There are performances outside of school hours for students who enjoy the opportunity, and we have a music assembly each year showcasing what students have learned in and out of class.
