If your child is absent from school……
To enable us to streamline the process for marking your child as absent please wait until you receive a text message from the new department program called Kaartdjin – Compass. It will be in the form of a link that you follow.
Complete your child’s details of absence. This will then be entered directly into the attendance program, eliminating the need for you to email the teacher, complete an online absence note or phone the school.
This is now the department’s preferred method of notifying absences from school.
